PLACING AN ORDER
As we stock limited ranges of each style, the first enquiry establishes if we have the size of your selection available.
If it is available, we will email you accordingly and will hold the shoe aside for 24 hours for you to make payment. Please note, lay-bys are not available on-line.
You will receive a link on the return email to enable you to make payment.
When payment in full is received, the shoes will be sent to you by courier.
The dispatch will be confirmed to you by email, including a Track&Trace number.
WITHIN NZ: No additional cost is charged for deliveries within NZ.
INTERNATIONAL: Freight internationally will be quoted at the time of enquiry.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What happens if………..
They don’t fit well when I receive them?
The colour / design isn’t quite what I thought they would be?
I just don’t quite like them as much as I thought?
No problem! You have 24 hours to try them on (indoors only) check them with your wardrobe and if you are not happy you can send them back for an exchange or refund.
Here is the procedure:
- Email us immediately letting us know what you are returning and why. Also supply a bank account # for depositing your refund.
- Send them back within 48 hours of receipt in the same condition as they were sent (not worn outdoors nor for a length of time) in the original shoe box.
- Send by Track & Trace method only, they are your responsibility until they are delivered to us.
- The return freight is at your cost; on receipt we will refund the purchase price or send an exchange pair if that is an option.
No exchanges or refunds are available for Sale goods.
