PLACING AN ORDER 

At checkout you can order using the Shop Pay or Paypal gateways which accept all major credit cards, or the LAYBUY option.

POSTAGE COSTS 

WITHIN NZ: Free delivery on orders $100 and over. $10 delivery cost on orders up to $99.  

INTERNATIONAL: Freight internationally will be quoted at the time of enquiry. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

What happens if……….. 
They don’t fit well when I receive them? 

The colour / design isn’t quite what I thought they would be? 

I just don’t quite like them as much as I thought? 

No problem! As soon as practical after you receive them you should try them on (indoors only), check them with your wardrobe and if you are not happy you can send them back for an exchange or refund. 

Here is the procedure: 

1. Email us immediately letting us know what you are returning and whether you wish to exchange for a different size or return for a refund. 
2. Send them back to us within 72 hours of receipt in the same condition as they were sent (not worn outdoors nor for a length of time) in the original shoe box. 
3. The address is: I Love Paris Shoestore, Old Bank Arcade, 233 Lambton Quay, Wellington 6011.
4. Send by Track & Trace courier only, they are your responsibility until they are received by us. 
5. The return freight is at your cost; on receipt we will refund the purchase price or send an exchange pair if that is an option.
6. If they are retained longer than 72 hours the purchase is deemed to be completed.
